I work for Norfolk Southern there a reason they were voted 2 nd worst company to work for in the country !!!
They were offering individual homeowners 1k each, considering it insurance against future lawsuits.
Why wouldn't the company be totally liable? The right party should decide the damages not the perpetrator.
Well, they're giving it to the government probably. They could care less about the people.
That’s just a little earnest money. They’ll pay a whole lot more.
Is it taxable?
Are only vaxxed residents eligible for $5?
$25K isn't the kind of money you give to the people. That's the kind of money you use to bribe officials.
