I have a cousin I love and feel bad for. she is determined she's trans and a boy. had breasts removed. takes hormones. she looks up to me and we had a short falling out when I refused to call her a "he". simply told her. I love you for who you are and who you are to me is a girl/female. she's 19 now and not sure she'll ever regret transitioning but she's family and a kid so I spread the love.
