The primordial mind’s first desire was the desire the create yes. Just like when you think, those thoughts become ideas, those ideas become words, and speech becomes vibrations. I never said the universe was God. I said the universe exist within the mind of God, and the universe is mental because it’s all the idea of God born from the desire to create.
