Are there any supplements anyone else is familiar with that I can take besides this? My low is to low and my high is to high, according to them. I’ve looked at my daily foods and can hardly find anything that has cholesterol in it, other than milk. Could I lose 5-8 lbs, sure..would that make a difference?

Cholesterol is not all bad.
Stop eating carbs.
Cholesterol is vital. God makes no mistakes.
This is the way. That and seed oils (soy, corn, etc).
Net Carbs = Total Carbs - Dietary Fiber. Keep NET carbs as low as possible.
Many also claim (and I believe) that Cholesterol in food has little to no effect on your body's cholesterol levels.
Yep, your stomach does not absorb cholesterol directly. It's made in your liver. From carbs.
