Correct, they're not going to go gently into the good night. Hence why it's going to be messy at times (like what's happening all around us right now).

For the longest time elites have been using a "pressure above and pressure below" strategy to squeeze out the hard-working patriotic middle class base of America by crushing us with government tyranny on the one hand and the deranged useful idiot carnival clowns on the other. Now however, it seems to me that the white hats have adopted a similar strategy but instead of "above and below" it's "within and without". While the GA awakens the West's various peoples up and begins to turn them on their respective governments, Russia and China begin to tighten the screws on the Oligarchs by targeting their different weak points that they've overextended themselves on.

Perhaps if either one of those factors happened at different times the Oligarchs would be able to fend off those attacks but with the internal/external pressures ramping up at the same time they're incapable of dealing with either one. All they can do is feebly lash out in frustration as they expedite their demise. And as far as I can tell this is really the only way to dig out these ticks. There's simply no way that they could be torn away from the levers of power before they manage to do some damage along the way.
