Kari just posted on TS that she is taking it to the AZ supreme court.

That dismissal was from the Superior Court of AZ.

This. The “loss” was actually a victory—AZ SCOTUS then the big SCOTUS.

You're correct; Robert Barnes was extremely pessimistic about the AZ SCOTUS.

*I'm not optimistic about big SCOTUS. (But it's better they review the case earlier than later)
