It was a three year investigation into problem areas that were found to be related to gambling dens but this led to the election fraud. Incredible.
In other words, had election fraud been the only crime, they would have gotten away with it.

In Wisconsin a Sheriff investigated, found evidence of an election related crime, and the District Attorney just refused to charge anything, so it's nice to see they're actually charging.
