Considering that a ""Sniper"" is someone who shoots from a ""Concealed Position"", I have no choice but to say yes, it was someone shooting from a Concealed Position....

Now, IF you had asked a better, more well thought out question, like was it an FBI Sniper, or Military Sniper, or Private Contracted Sniper, I have to say that I have no idea, but it really didn't seem like it was a Professional Sniper, mainly because of how many bullets missed....

Was it more than one???

Quite possible, and if there were 2 people shooting ARs, that could make it sound like a Full Auto AR....
