Going on what I have read before, 100,000 PPM would be a lethal dose for a short time and a quick death from neurological or lung effects.
Maybe a longer exposure to 100PPM would be lethal due to liver damage or cancer, but delayed.
So what is the point of changing the value? Does it mean that they will write down lower concentration deaths due to vinyl chloride down to other factors to avoid responsibility?
Tell me this was planned without telling me it was planned.
ahh yes, part up pre plan setup, along with the movie script
tweet's gone. Go figure.
No coincidences
So which is it?
100PPM or 100,000PPM?

So they can say 99,000 PPM is within acceptable range?
In metric...Yes.
