At first I thought you meant the train accident was BS. Which would be deception of immense magnitude.

So now I'm thinking the BS is:

  1. The ID was put in place to save lives after a disaster that they knew was coming a year later.
  2. The accident was to stop or warn the people behind the ID.
  3. Someone is pointing it out too late.

Something else?

Like I explained. This ID was in the works for a year. You only are hearing it now because of the train derailment.

His son lives there he stated this ID was being pushied over a year. So unless they are psychic this isn't a coincidence.
