There was a post that had the FEMA guidelines as written with the part about responding to Chem spills highlighted. Think it was on twit under Bidets page. FEMA just didn't want to go into the Chem bath and were trying to deny their responsibility. I would like to know how it went basically Un reported for 10 days by the legacy msm
