I knew a guy that wanted the onstar disabled in his new truck a couple of years ago. We took the dash apart and it was quite easy actually. Never ever buy a toy electric car, that shit prob wont even work if it cant be remotely accessed.
Right on. Chances are somebody figured out how to kill every bit of garbage on your car and posted it somewhere. There are plug in boxes now to disable the engine off crap when you stop at a light. Along with other stuff too.
Oh i fucking hate that shit. Its easy to make a small circuit that would have a timer and after 10 seconds close a circuit that could be wired to the button that turns off the auto off. If there is not a button to disable this crap it would be a bit more complicated but fully doable.
