I’m not so sure about Fiji water (the brand?). Alkaline water purifiers might be good and more cost effective. Perhaps look into an MD who is more into holistic meds. Or, at least get a second and third opinion. Most importantly, could you get your bloodwork taken elsewhere? Sometimes these doctors (some unknowingly) miscalculate, misdiagnose, and fear-monger for the bottom line$! So, do not fret.

If diabetic (and even if not, really) I'd consider R-Lipoic Acid or better still, Life Extension'sMitochondrial Energy Optimizer with PQQ, which includes R-Lipoic Acid and other ingredients that protect against the ravages of diabetic complications.
Supposedly the Spike Proteins can get into any one when they’re shed… I guess. But those that didn’t get the jab have a way better chance than those of us that did get jabbed. Death rate increases with each booster. And supposedly Pfizer and Moderna are going to be adding the MnRNA formula to the new flu shots coming out in Nov. of this year if approved. So one way or the other, they plan on boosting all they can. Evil evil turds!

Raw broccoli, must be chewed. Bathe with Epsom salts, bicarb and bentonite clay, handful of each, 15 min at least. Sauna to sweat it out.

Lugol’s iodine will detox metals. Word of advice: Start slow
IP6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate) with water on an empty stomach chelates metals (and is fairly cheap)
Also Modified Citrus Pectin; also with water on an empty stomach.

20 years ago —- I knew of a doctor who got the flu shot and went BLIND!!!!! He had to give up his career.
