Yeah I was going to say these things. This video is worth listening to for some people but the details and what is stated is completely in error. Also stated the burn off vynil chloride turns to phosgene and hydrochloric acid,which is completely wrong and missing an entire gas phase of hydrogen chloride.
I dont live there and haven't been in the area personally to test and confirm but....if vynil chloride was in the tanks of quantities reported and then burned, this video suggestions is dangerous and playing down the threat from that is completely nonsensical.
