Why would certain individuals want everyone to think there is toxicity when there isn't? Because they need the excuse to grab resources. They were able to scam the entire world with the Covid plandemic. So, I would say that whatever they are trying to do here in Ohio is small potatoes compared to pulling that worldwide fakery off. They have some agenda up their sleeves here that is either a beta test for something larger, or, it is setting up the regulatory or legislative framework for an environmental land grab.
