This is why I don't care when stuff is "introduced". It's usually an empty gesture. In extreme cases, you had RINOs (back before I realized there was a uniparty) "introducing" ways to stop further socialized health insurance (Obamacare) time and time again, knowing it would fail. The instant they can actually pass it, they sit on their hands and fart.

Huge difference between "introduced" and "passed" for sure. Even then, you have to get to "enforced"
