That's a very good question and one many of us would like the answer to.
Big Pharma is one of the most sued industries there is. Here are the top few fines:

The critical part for me, and I do not know the answer, is do any previous vaccines put instructions rather than a tamed pathogen into your body? I suspect not.
It is a question as to whether the vaccine is generated outside the body and injected or whether the instructions are injected and the "vaccine" is made there.
Agreed, he was a bit antagonistic but, hey, this is the Internet! It takes all sorts. The thing is do not rise to it.
