Any other photos? Sorry but this one looks photoshopped to me, something's off about the lighting and the sign looks sharper than the rest of the photo.
There is no way to verify the reality of a digital photo. For a while Canon marketed a camera containing a tamper-proof gadget which would digitally sign its photos. I don't think it sold very well or at least you don't see them in use. Fotoforensics gives you a few clues such as showing contrast lines which should not be there. Even so it's 50-50.
I would say it doesn't really matter in this particular photo for a meme. Fakery only becomes important when it's a news-style photo or the president's birth certificate and all that stuff..
