Just stop!!!! There is petroleum in/on every road!! That's what asphalt is made from! This was a terrible accident... causing great concern but it's over. The air is fine. Not everything is a friggin conspiracy!!!

Yes I literally see this every year. I see it the most after the biggest first melt of winter, then less and less until spring. Then rain pretty much clears it off after that.
