I am more concerned by his « radicle left » than by a possible typo due to neighboring letters e and r.
radicle has two meanings
Botany: the part of a plant embryo that develops into the primary root
Anatomy: a rootlike subdivision of a nerve or vein
Doubt he has knowledge of either of these or would employ it in this context; he's referring to the radical left (which is a bit redundant but never mind :).
This error seems more in line with the way people constantly misspell principal as principle.
And, totally agree, "Projrct" is just a simple typo.
