When good people are suffering or losing, that's not winning. What this comes across as is that people who take a shot at the big guys lose, even if it was something they built themselves.
This actually hurts any incentive for people to assist or blow the whistle, and that's bad.
This sort of thing doesn't NEED to happen; the good guys don't NEED to lose.
If it's a corrupt organization, yes. But ousting the good is never a good thing.
