Low T-Levels as low as this biscuit brain makes him stupid. Not hyper-aggressive and impulsive.

Factually, most young males bursting with testosterone are very aggressive and impulsive. Teen males and males in their 20s tend to do the most impulsive things. Trust this guy, I know hahaha.
