We are all South Africans now. Next stop, Zimbabwe.

So you're saying that she's so powerful, she messed up a train in Ohio from her post in Tennessee? Red ants, black ants... why are you shaking the jar?
Distraction. Shill. The people working this are commanded by the same people as earthquakes in Turkey after they refused to play ball, and Ebola in the only African nations refusing to play ball.
This Andrew Anglin obviously didn't read the article he posted on his Twitter. This lady is in charge of TN, VA, and NC - not OH or PA. I fail to see the connection, or am I obtuse? He's either trying for sexist, or racist, or both ... but the title of this GAW thread shows what OP is going for.
Some people here missed the actual point I was trying to make.
We need a lot of competence where safety is of utmost importance, although in the case of the Ohio train bomb, there are signs it was deliberate.
The lack of competence is why Zimbabwe is a failed state and South Africa is on the way to being a failed state. America is rapidly on the way to becoming a failed state also, thanks in part to an incompetent POTUS.
The young lady in the tweet appears to have been a diversity hire fresh out of college. I'm not objecting to her being hired. I question whether she was right for the job assignment she was given. There was a photo of several other young women of color in positions of management for the same railroad company. Also diversity hires perhaps? I didn't intend to suggest that the individual in the photo was responsible for the "accident" which is harming many. I was only trying to bring up the subject of competence in crucial safety issues. Buttigieg was a diversity hire, and he is completely incompetent.
Here is an article about diversity hires in the airlines and the many near misses that have occurred of late. It is only a matter of time before some of the diversity hires begin having catastrophic airline accidents:

Hate to say "I-tody-so," but we are already too diversified in certain crucial areas. People should work where they have the right skills, qualifications and experience. Diversity isn't necessarily a strength. It can be a weakness.
Unity is strength.
A house divided against itself cannot stand.
