Is it acceptable for some of the richest people in the world and their companies not to cough up the money to fix them in the richest and 'most powerful' country in the world? While i understand the tracks in the video weren't really used/have been since fixed, i guarantee there's many more like them that chemical train cars traverse all the time.
America should have top standards, not a "good enough" approach. Especially with the amount of money involved.
