I'm in California and have never seen one, but about 20% of the houses in my neighborhood fly the stars and stripes. Last August I spent the night in Oklahoma City while traveling, and going to dinner saw a very nice, upscale house with a giant flagpole (not your typical residential type) with the Ukraine flag.
