Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-PA) has filed a criminal referral against Norfolk Southern following the train derailment that occurred earlier this month.

He supposedly signed off on that Monday's "controlled explosion" and is now trying to get out of the cross hairs on the fall out from it... he is at least twice installed corrupt garbage.
