Different camera angles, image contrast, lighting conditions, transitory natural appearance changes, age deterioration. It's Biden. Even I look different in the mirror from week to week. Blemishes come and go.
You've changed which hand you write with...changed your eye color...gone from detached to attached earlobes...completely changed your signature that you've been using for half a century...and replaced your large, snow-white, perfect teeth with normal-looking ones?
My father was ambidextrous. I can, with some tuning up, write with my left hand. If he is only making a scrawl, what difference does it make? Ever had a hand that was so painful you couldn't use it? Ever had dementia so bad, you forgot which hand to use?
My eyes are what? Green? Grey? Blue? I've never been able to figure it out. Eye color is sensitive to lighting conditions.
As people here have mentioned previously many times, the sign of a face tuck can be changes to the appearance of earlobes. But of course ears keep on growing as we age, as I suppose you are aware.
With age, teeth deteriorate, period. I'm going through that, myself, and I have kept my teeth in excellent condition all my life. Now I am using Invisalign to correct some lifelong drifting. When that is over, I expect some anon will say "But his teeth don't look the same."
