Why would Putin agree to a temporarily suspending operations so Biden could visit Ukraine? Why would he allow a publicity stunt he knows is being staged to justify continuing the war?

I almost wonder if the red dots Zelensky and Biden were standing on were "stage marks" (where to stand) in front of the green screen. Generally you'd want your actors in front of a green screen standing in a certain spot for lighting and prevent shadows and other green screen issues
