If you really want to screw with big data:
Pay cash for everything. Have your friends and family give you cash to buy stuff for them. Give them cash to buy stuff for you. Barter and trade at swap-meets, and post ads for same in newspapers. Write letters instead of email. Phone instead of text. Turn off GPS. And always file paper tax returns.
Sure, all this CAN still be tracked - but it's a lot of manpower and man-hours.
I'm convinced that if we could convince 10% of the people in the USA to file their taxes by hand, on paper forms, we'd grind the IRS to a halt.
If 15% started paying cash for most everything, we'd cut off excess theft by the fed. They like 'policies' that shrink the cash economy, as it tends to help 'grow' government revenue.
As long as we keep paying them to waste money, they'll keep spending it...on ridiculous things.
