And that was the beginning of the end of American Education, before that, we had 2 books in every home, the Holy Bible, and a Dictionary....

After that, we had Public Schooling, which really didn't amount to much, and IF my First Grade Teacher hadn't made me look up words in a Dictionary, I would never had done that on my own, but, by the end of the year, I was constantly using the Dictionaries in the classroom, little did I know that this would become advantageous in later years....
