I understand, but harking back to what seemed like a semi-sane world, I would think the government, an academic lab or an investigative reporter would help out. Wasn't white powder the basis of anthrax attacks? It's like no one that I know of knows anything about the planes that are merrily dropping gunk on millions via chem trails.

But yes, I understand what you're saying. If it is a small plane, maybe some in the area could start calling small airports because small planes generally don't go on night time joy rides and they do have to submit flight plans.
