Because breaking the law gives the corruptible a sense of power. Because 'getting away with it' (or thinking they are) makes them feel more intelligent and more clever than their fellow man. Because crime can be lucrative. All this gives them a false sense of pride and prestige.
It just amazes me how corrupt our Govt. is at every level. Why can't people just do normal shit and live normal lives? Wow!

I have since come to the conclusion that all other corrupt governments fashioned their organizations on the example OUR GOVERNMENT SET!
