I'm shocked at the number of people that walked by and did nothing. That kid should have zip ties or handcuffs before he walked away. I'm a high school teacher -- just looking at that video tells me there is something very wrong with that school culture. The people in charge seem disinterested and powerless. Agree. The assault itself is shocking and disturbing, but the NON reaction, lack of urgency and nonchalance of all bystanders is equally disheartening
