I don't quite follow your meaning. Increasing troops in Poland would be like trying to defuse a fistfight by leading with your jaw. This is Biden's camel-foot in the tent. On a pretext of some emergency, the troops will be sent into Ukraine...and get promptly smashed. This is deliberately getting involved in a harm's way scenario, in order to justify a declaration of war.
