Hahahaha he was a bad dude. IIRC that was when Biden learned about roaches and enjoyed kids in his lap rubbing his leg hair. God that's the most insane bit of rambling I've ever heard and to think it took place on a presidential campaign trail hahaha. And some of those people probably voted for him.
