There's lots of mutations but there's also parts of dna they have no clue as to the function of. Like the parts of the brain with no discernable working process we just don't know. I have no science degrees so take that accordingly.
They called it junk DNA, but this coding turns off & on during gestation, other wise tissue/ organ would keep growing (Giantism) or or fail to develop (disfunction of tissue/organ purpose)
