That dipshit ought to read state statutes on who is in the militia before opening his mouth. These statutes are not exclusive, either. This is a list of only those for sure subject to duty in the unorganized militias. Most certainly if it was necessary, the age group would be expanded to just about anyone who can carry a rifle.
The national guard is but one kind of “militia” and all the states call it “the organized militia.” The “unorganized militia” is basically everyone else.
