Not sure if it’s good.

Can Biden be tried twice for the same crime?

If not: What happens if the corrupt judges decide: “no evidence of fraud”?

Would it be better if multiple smaller cases are proven in the court first? e.g. like the one in Arizona, and then: the big guy.

A legal attack (if too weak) becomes a defence (provides protection from future cases). Can also be fake and intentional.
