Perhaps they are talking about Shpyl' chyna in the Lvov Oblast in Ukraine?

Or maybe Chynadiiovo in the Zakarpattia Oblast Ukraine

mind you there doesn't seem to be biolabs there.

I agree that the China story seems to be a red herring.

I did find a CerecLab in Lvov, just down the road from Shpyl'chyna, if that's anything to go by? But that's a dental lab. So still no cigar.

Search for Chyna Ukraine, does not throw up a biolab. I wonder if it was scrubbed?
