If anyone watched that and couldn't tell IMMEDIATELY that it's fake (which is doubtful), I feel sorry for them.

Just listen to the clarity and velocity with which the words are spoken. Even the actual Senator Joe Biden (you don't get to actually be president via proven fraud LOL, he's still just Senator Biden) never spoke this quickly and clearly on his best day.
