A government-appointed San Francisco committee says qualified Black residents should receive $5 million each in reparations. Critics, including some reparations advocates, dismiss the idea.

Putting that pricetag on it gets everyone talking about the exorbitant pricetag

....aaannnnd they just got everyone to sail right past accepting the idea of monetary reparations.

The race merchants MADE THE SALE. Now they're just dickering over price. it's down to a discussion of HOW MUCH we are going to give people for doing nothing.
