The thumbnail photo in the disclose.tv truth social post looks like a woman is reaching up and touching her sunlight powered light bulb. The project called 'Litter of Light' started in the Philippines in 2012. These lights are made using plastic bottles filled with water, which refract sunlight when mounted on a roof.
