This reminds me of the spy -who- shagged me humor-the truth might be there was a camera on the spy balloon aka ufo space ship aka distraction.

I would think this might be a commercial for one of those chynnese zoom cameras on YouTube or Facebook.

The spy balloon could of been launched from North Dakota where 6 top nuclear leaders were just fired and it could also have cellular and satellite comms on it/them.
