Katie Hobbs is certainly corrupt but I haven’t heard anything from the Lake camp in regards to this.

Maybe she knows something?

Maybe black hats did this to call “conspiracy theory”?

I was thinking something along these lines. All it takes is a couple of days with bad memes flooding everywhere to give doubt to credibility.
