Is a heart transplant transhumanism? Is a prosthetic limb transhumanism? Is a smartphone transhumanism? Is a pacemaker transhumanism?

Sticking a plank of wood to a guy who got his leg blown off is not the same as gouging out his perfectly healthy and functioning eyes because he wants "better ones".
