They ruined Trek. I vowed never to watch another Trek series once I saw the Klingons on the Discovery pilot. I get my Trek reviews from Red Letter Media and they said Jean-Luc went gay for Data on Picard. Seems like I made the right decision.

star trek is really just racist. they push all sorts of racial stereotypes not so cleverly hidden in the made up alien races. klingons being based on blacks, with their violent behavior as tradition and their constant shit talking. the ferangi being a "trade" based race, with many physical attributes similiar to jews in our world and the fact that they are unscrupulous in their dealings with others. also, how many spanish characters are in the star trek universe?

Disagree. The Next Generation was "over woke" and unwatchable. Haven't watched any of the Trek spinoffs.

I was fully expecting Picard to go back in time and stop Trump from declaring himself dictator when I saw the promos for the second season.
