I have had vertigo in the past and I have treated it successfully using 2 things. The first is an essential oil product sold online called Vertigo X... it is a roll on that you roll on behind your ears and it is very effective. Use it as often as needed. I also have tried the Epley manuever and found that to be very effective, also. I had to look at several different videos to really understand how to properly use it. You need to know which ear the vertigo is in. You can repeat this, if you need until it is gone...
The oil is a passive treatment and the Epley maneuver takes more effort. On a rare occasion I have had to use both these protocols to get rid if it. I always do oil first...if I need more...add the Epley. These are the only 2 protocols I have successfully used...hope it works if you try it. Also, see my comments below on Vitamin D/K, which according to Dr. Berg is essential.
