Hancock is a puppet.

Middle class northern ( Cheshire ) upbringing.

Good education but not Eton like Boris etc.

He started off at the Bank Of England as an economic advisor.

Quite a rise through the ranks since 2005.

His parliamentary seat is Newmarket ( the home of the horse racing industry) and where the Elite of Britain have their stables and studs.

Someone/ people have him as their man.

Start with Mark Carney ( ex governor of Bank Of England and then work upwards.

Not long before you get to Evelyn dR ( now deceased) and his lovely wife Lyn.
