Proposed bill would prevent anyone under 25 with being charged with felony murder

In Maryland, felony murder occurs when someone is killed while a felony crime, like robbery is being comitted.

So I guess it is lawful for anyone from baby to 24 years old to kill another person as long as you live in Maryland?

Seriously, hope this law doesn't pass or else they'll be violating God's commandments.
