Yup. Use him as the example. Pass the same harsh sentences on the actual people who are not fed agents. Release him and move on with life. The guy was navy, but I’m not familiar if he was or is naval intelligence. I know there are several compartments with in naval intelligence who work with several federal agencies like FBi CIA and the state department.

I guess my point is, he is the ONE guy that is unmistakable from that day. Everyone knows he was there and what he looks like. Now there is irrefutable video evidence he was NOT a leader, or violent, or impolite that was hidden in order to convict him of a "violent insurrection". And he is the ONE GUY they can't say "that's not him in the video". Seems a little perfect, don't it?
